Properties

Containing tungsten and low silicon carbon, HastelloyC-276 is regarded as

all-purpose alloy which has excellent resistance to various corrosion, including

partial corrosion, stress-corrosion cracking , oxidation, and reductant as well.

It is applicable to a variety of chemical conditions, such as ferric chloride, copper

Chloride, thermal pollution solution( organic and inorganic), methanoic, acetic,

seawater and saline solutions. It is also one of rare materials which have resistance to corrosion by wet-chlorine , hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide.

Application:

Hastelloy C-276 plate sheet metallographic structure: Hastelloy C-27 plate sheet has a face-centered cubic lattice structure.
1. The lower the sulfur content in thermal processing fuel, the better. The sulfur content in natural gas should be less than 0.1%, and the sulfur content in heavy oil should be less than 0.5%.
2. The thermal processing temperature range of the C-276 plate sheet is 1200℃-950℃, and the cooling method is water cooling or rapid air cooling.
3. C-276 plate sheet Suitable for any traditional welding process, such as tungsten electrode inert gas shielded welding, plasma arc welding, manual sub-arc welding, metal pole inert gas shielded welding, and melting pole inert gas shielded welding.
